I haven’t really been posting anywhere for quite a time. Not as much anyway, not by a longshot.
It’s already been 12 whole days and so much has been happening. Good and bad, bad and good. A bit of melodrama if I do say so myself.
I’m still in Portland, at least until the 19th or 20th, maybe earlier, when I go back to Seattle for a couple of days. And then, more travel. I’m going to see Eddie Izzard on the weekend of the 22nd and am also attending the Edwardian Ball in its 10th anniversary. Edward Gorey themed!
After that, travel to L.A. from January 24th to February 3rd and I am beyond excited, as so many plans are solidifying.
I’ve already picked up a couple of pieces for an ensemble that I’m working on for the ball. It’s coming along very nicely. I also did something uncharacteristic of myself and ordered several items from Lip Service. Deep, deep discounts and I am surprised with the quality, in a good way.
When I’m feeling up to it, I’ll document the outfits!
In the meantime, I’m wrestling with a huge decision about something that I might confess on my site someday. Don’t worry, it’s not life-threatening or anything. However, it could change a few things, including the way some people see me.
Only some of my closest friends and a couple of trusted former and current co-workers know what I’ve been up to!
